As if I needed more of a reason to bake cookies.
I also baked some ciabatta bread yesterday that was delicious. It would have been two loaves but who knew that dough stuck to wax paper. So instead of two rolls, we got five dinner rolls. They were delicious with oober gobs of butter and a beef roast.

The fact that you are baking cookies with a newborn and a toddler at home is totally astounding to me. I'm not organized enough to even eat a cookie, let alone bake one. You are a goddess!
